Here we have an excellent Nikon F mount 135mm F/2.8 telephoto portrait prime lens by SEARS, with a lens case.

This lens is in good condition and is fully functional. It's a great economical lens that will frequently provide above average images. The 135mm focal length makes this an excellent lens for portraits, sports and action shooting, and other types of photography where a close view is needed. The fast maximum aperture allows creation of excellent subject isolation and bokeh, while stopping the lens down resolves images that are sharp and contrasty.

The glass elements are mostly free of fungus, balsam separation, haze, cleaning marks, and other optical aberrations. There are some small blemishes which is why the lens is being sold at a discount. The aperture blades are snappy and free of oil. The aperture ring clicks mechanically, and the focus ring spins as intended.

The mount and filter threads are excellent and in unmarred condition.

The Sears range of lenses were intended to provide good performing lenses for people on a budget. These lenses were made to be lighter, smaller, and less expensive, without sacrificing much in the way of performance.
