Here we have a Nikon Nikkor 24mm F/2.8 Pre-AIS fast prime wide angle lens with front and rear caps.

This example is in excellent condition cosmetically and is mechanically perfect.

The ultra wide angle of 24mm is extremely dynamic, and creates images with massive scope and depth. The relatively fast aperture of 2.8 is great for low light shooting, making this an ideal lens for street photography, landscapes, and nature shots, even when the lighting situation is less than ideal.

Stop the aperture down and things become incredibly sharp, thanks to Nikon's excellent optics and coating systems.

Aperture blades are snappy and oil-free. Aperture rings clicks nicely into detents. Focus ring spins smoothly through the entire range of motion, though it does make a slight rubbing noise at one particular point in the throw. This doesn't impact performance of the lens, but it's not perfect so we're listing it at a discount.

No fungus or marks on the glass elements. Filter threads are perfect. Cosmetically in great shape.

This version will natively mount to any F Mount Nikon camera included those with in-body lens controls. Additionally it will work on all of today's mirror-less cameras with an adapter.
