Payment is handled through our online checkout process, which accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.


Once payment is received we'll immediately get to work packaging your new treasured camera, lens, or gear. Your order will be packaged within 24 hours and shipped via USPS 1-3 Day Priority mail or First Class Mail (your choice), and will be carefully packed to ensure safe and timely delivery.

International shipment will travel USPS Priority International or First Class International. We cannot ship batteries internationally, so any international orders will ship without batteries. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Refunds and Exchanges

We sell high quality cameras and gear and strive for extreme accuracy in our photography and descriptions. With a long history of swift, pleasant transactions, we're proud of our record of satisfied customers.

That said, problems sometimes happen.

If any items are damaged in shipping we will ask that the customer send the item back and we'll immediately issue a full refund or exchange (customer's choice). If a customer wishes to return an undamaged item in the same condition it was shipped (basically, if a customer changes their mind) we will issue a refund minus a %15 operations fee (apologies, but this covers our time, credit card processing fees, etc.).

Our customers are our only priority, and our customer service will not be beat.
