The shutter release is tight and works perfectly, as do all shutter speeds. The focusing mechanism works well, the gears spin well, though they have stiffened slightly with age. The film compartment is clean and free of debris and damage.

The lens is in great shape as well. The lens elements are clean and free of fungus, haze, and separation. The aperture blades work correctly, as does the aperture control mechanism.
