Here we have a Smith Corona Silent Super typewriter, in green, with original carrying case. This typewriter is in great condition, is fully functional, and has been thoroughly cleaned. It is ready to type. 

The keys are in excellent condition and all function as they should. All levers, knobs, switches, and keys actuate with mechanical precision. Cosmetically excellent, as shown in the photos, this typewriter is a prime example of beautiful American machinery. 

The Silent Super was the top-of-the-line model in Smith Corona's exceptional lineup of office-ready typewriters. It was constructed with extreme durability and functionality in mind, and was made to fulfill even the most demanding typing needs. 

With its durable and dense rubber feet and included carrying case, it is equally at home on the road as a portable machine and sitting atop a desk as an office typewriter. 

The Super Silent equipped with many features of a standard office machine including a 88 character keyboard, Tab Set and Clear and an interchangeable platen. 

The included ink ribbon is a old ribbon, and though it does still mark the paper, for solid perfect inking you will need to buy a new ribbon. If you'd like to know where to buy a new ribbon, just ask and I'll provide a link.
