Nikon One Touch AF (L35AF 2) - with Nikon Strap - 35mm Lomo / Point and Shoot Camera
Here we have the Nikon One Touch Autofocus point and shoot camera. This is the same as the Nikon L35AF2, called One Touch in certain selling markets. This Nikon One Touch Autofocus camera is in good condition, with the exception of the flash mechanism being stuck. While this problem is solved by manually pulling up the flash, the camera is being sold at a discount. The camera works perfectly otherwise, and comes with a Nikon strap.
The L35AF2 was one of Nikon's first compact cameras with autofocus. It was released in 1985, a few years after Nikon's competitors had opened up the point and shoot market. It was therefore also one of the first in the L series. It was an immediate hit thanks to its robust design and excellent specification. It has subsequently become a cult classic among collectors.
The L35AF and L35AF2 (One Touch) was given the nickname 'Pikaichi' ("top notch") in Japan. The lens was designed by Koichi Wakamiya as an update to the Sonnar formula.
The lens is a fantastic 35mm f/2.8 with autofocus from 0.8m to infinity. It has 5 elements in 4 groups, massively sophisticated for a point and shoot.
Exposure is handled entirely by the camera and is fully automatic. Range comprises EV 6 (f/2.8 at 1/8 sec.) to EV 17 (f/17.5 at 1/430 sec.) with ASA/ISO 100 film. The camera will not shoot unless the exposure is within parameters, ensuring you always get a good photo.
Film Speed Range: ASA/ISO 50-1000.
It will be carefully packaged and shipped immediately.
