This lens is fully functional and ready to produce another lifetime of amazing images.

A product of a one-year collaboration with Zeiss, this amazing and rare lens is a Distagon design. Its extremely fast maximum aperture and wide angle of view, combined with exceptional optical performance, makes it not only a numerically rare lens, but also a fabulous performing lens optically.

I have never seen a copy of this lens complete in box come up for sale, and neither has Ned (the person from whose collection this lens comes from).

The glass elements are free of fungus, balsam separation, haze, and cleaning marks. The aperture blades are free of oil and actuate as they should. The Focus ring spins with a perfectly weighted fluidity, and the aperture ring clicks into its detents with mechanical precision unparalleled in the world of vintage Japanese cameras.

This lens is made for the Pentax K mount and will naturally fit on any K mount camera, but it can also be used on numerous digital cameras, Micro 4/3, and mirror-less cameras when paired with suitable adapters. If you're unsure of whether or not this lens will mount to your camera, just ask.
