Here we have a very nice Nikon Series E 75-150mm F/3.5 zoom lens, with lens caps.

This lens is in excellent condition and is fully functional. It's a great economical lens that will frequently provide above average images. The large range of focal lengths provides versatility, making this an excellent lens for portraits, sports and action shooting, and travel photography. The largish maximum aperture allows creation of excellent subject isolation and bokeh, while stopping the lens down resolves images that are sharp and contrasty.

The glass elements are free of fungus, balsam separation, haze, cleaning marks, and other optical aberrations. The aperture blades are snappy and free of oil. The aperture ring clicks mechanically, and the focus ring spins as intended (the series E lenses tend to have a very light focus, and this one does). There are a few dust specs inside the lens, but in our testing on a digital Sony A7 with adapter, these did not impact image quality at all.

The mount is in excellent, unmarred condition and everything functions as it should.

The Series E range of lenses was produced by Nikon and was intended to be a solid performer for people on a budget. These lenses were made to be lighter, smaller, and less expensive, without sacrificing much in the way of performance, and by most accounts Nikon succeeded. Series E lenses frequently score very close (and in some cases, better) than their equivalent Nikkor counterparts.

This lens will naturally fit to any Nikon F mount camera, and it can also be adapted to modern DSLR and mirrorless cameras of all makes via the use of inexpensive and readily available adapters. If you need help finding the appropriate adapter, please let me know and I will happily provide a link.
