Nikon Nikkor AIS 35mm F/2 Fast Prime Lens with Caps for F-Mount Nikon and Modern Mirrorless Cameras
Here we have an absolutely amazing legacy prime lens from Nikon, the Nikkor 35mm F/2 ultra fast wide-standard prime lens. It comes with the front and rear lens caps.
This lens is in good condition, with the exception of an engraving on the side of the focusing ring and mount. While this does not effect usability, it is being sold at discount due to these cosmetic blemishes. It is ready to produce another lifetime of fantastic photos.

This lens is a fantastic lens from Nikon. Its extremely fast maximum aperture puts it in a rare class of 35mm lens, and makes it an ideal choice for low-light shooting in styles of photography that often require it, such as street photography and editorial shooting.
The fast aperture also allows for incredibly shallow depth-of-field, making this lens a master of bokeh and subject isolation. The seven aperture blades ensure that this lens' bokeh remains uncommonly circular as the aperture is stopped down, and highlight bokeh is rendered beautifully for the same reason.
The lens uses Nikon's impressive optical coatings, which do well to mitigate flare, ghosting, and chromatic aberration very well.
The aperture blades are dry and free of oil or damage. The glass elements are clean and free of haze, scratches, fungus, and balsam separation. The aperture ring clicks into its detents with mechanical precision and the focus ring spins with a perfectly weighted fluidity. The mount and filter threads are unmarred and perfect.
This AIS lens can be used on any Nikon SLR or DSLR. It can also be mounted to today's mirrorless cameras (such as the Sony a7 or Fujifilm X-series) by way of inexpensive adapters. If you're unsure of whether this lens will mount to your camera or if you need help finding an adapter, just ask.
The lens will be carefully packaged and shipped immediately.
