Here we have a very nice Minolta MC W. Rokkor HH 35mm F/1.8 ultra fast  wide standard prime lens. This lens comes with original Minolta lens cap, and original Minolta screw-in metal lens hood (specific to this model).

It is in excellent condition, and is functionally perfect.

The focus ring spins smoothly, and the aperture ring clicks into its detents with mechanical precision. The blades of the aperture are oil-free, spotless, and actuate perfectly. The glass elements are free of any markings or fungus or haze. 

This 35mm lens is extremely fast, with a maximum aperture of F/1.8. This allows the lens to be used beautifully in low-light conditions, and provides the ability of creating razor thin depth-of-field. It produces excellent bokeh for subject isolation, and when stopped down is capable of making extremely fine and sharp images. The 35mm focal length is perfect for street photography, general purpose photography, snap shots, action shots, architectural shooting, landscapes, family photos, and any other type of standard photography. 

This lens is among Minolta's best, featuring exceptional optic coatings to reduce glare, minimize ghosting and flaring, and correct chromatic aberration. These coatings provide excellent contrast and color rendition when shooting on both film cameras and today's crop of mirror-less cameras.

It will natively mount to any MC/MD mount Minolta camera (any of their SLRS made from 1959 through the 1990s), and it will also mount to any mirror-less or DSLR camera by way of readily available and inexpensive adapters.
