We've used this lens on our Sony A7 (with adapter) and it performs beautifully. Shot wide open it produces excellent bokeh. The quality of the blur is extremely non-distracting and works perfectly to isolate subjects. When we stop down the lens it becomes very sharp, much sharper than many lenses that you'll find for this price.
